* Performance/Backbone – Newsbook network is one of only a few "multi-homed" ISP networks in Hong Kong, consisting of redundant backbone connections to major backbone providers and Hong Kong Internet Exchange (HKIX)
* Colocation High Availability - The Colocation High Availability option provides automatic failover capabilities to clients hosting mission critical applications. Colocation customers should add the HA option to their colocation service
* Managed Monitoring - This service allows you to configure continuous service health checks on your servers and send notifications to your technicians by email, pager, or fax
* Managed System Administration - Newsbook technicians can monitor, patch, upgrade, and provide support for your Linux, Windows, and Solaris servers - our broad range of service options provide you with ultimate flexibility (additional items)
* Managed Server Load Balancing - Newsbook will provision, install, configure and maintain a hardware based load balancing appliance which will distribute traffic among your servers and automatically re-route traffic if one of your servers fails
* Dedicated Servers - Do you have a requirement for additional servers which must be met quickly? Newsbook can provision servers running Linux within very short timeframes for your dedicated use
* Ethernet Over Fibre - If you need a High Speed connection from your office to your servers collocated at Newsbook’ Data Centre, our "Ethernet over Fibre" service is your best bet.
